History
Around 1924, a gas and service station was built at this location, and would change ownership but remain in that line of service through the 1970s. After the service station closed, 7567 was, associated with its neighboring address, 7561-7565 (which houses E.W. Beck's Restaurant in 2025).

1924: The Sanborn Fire Map for the Town of Sykesville (cropped image see above) shows a single-level filling station at this address.
1931: Lester Phelps, son go Harry M Phelps who owned the next door business block, builds a new one-floor brick structure at this address as Phelps Filling Station, selling American Oil and Gas. (Sykesville Herald, July 9, 1931, p3.)
1937: An Amoco service station is seen at this address (see photograph above)
c.1960s-70s: continues use as a gas station. See photographs above.
1982: Ye Old Post Inn includes this address, occupying 7561-7567 Main Street. (Carroll County Times, 5 August 1982 p. 31)
