History
This craftsman-style home was built for the Buckingham family in 1931 and doubled as a business storefront at that time. Since then, a variety of businesses have operated as well as the house continuing partially as a residence.

Architectural Details
This house was renovated and restored inside and out in 1985 after the purchase of Wiley and Claudia Purkey. The exterior features copper gutters and downspouts, glass pane window sashes divided by vertical mullions only, and soldier-course brickwork except the chimney, which is basket-weave brickwork. Small, stained glass windows flank the chimney.
The exterior two-car garage and its upper studio in a craftsman style were added in 1996 and are not original to the structure.
